Delta Dental of South Dakota Foundation

At Delta Dental of South Dakota, we provide dental benefits programs to employers and individuals to protect smiles and keep them healthy.

As a nonprofit organization, we care about the people and communities of South Dakota.  The Delta Dental of South Dakota Foundation has invested more than $25 million to programs to improve the oral health and general health of South Dakotans.

The Oral Health Programs page describes the major programs supported by the Foundation.

Information about available grants, sponsorships and donations is available at our Giving Back page.

The Foundation is committed to the principle that everyone deserves quality dental care. Consequently, it directs the majority of its resources to those South Dakotans who are underserved. The Foundation's focus is on children, but care is also provided to elderly and disabled patients needing orthodontic care through a partnership with the South Dakota Dental Association.

The Delta Dental Mobile Program provides oral health services to underserved children. The program includes two trucks that serve as mobile clinics to provide preventive, diagnostic, and restorative care to kids across the state, and dental hygienists and community health workers based on the state's Native American Reservations. Learn more about the program at the Mobile Program page.
